Exchange Policy

We accept one-time exchanges for size and defective items. Exchanges are only accepted if items reach us within 14 days from the date you receive the item. Discounted items or items purchased during sale periods cannot be returned for exchange. 

We do not accept items for returns.

Conditions

Items should be unworn and unwashed.

For purchases of regular priced items on www.thinkbatik.com, the following conditions may be considered for exchange:

Defects

Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration before washing or wrong merchandise colour or size shipped.

Size

All our measurements are stated as per the “Size Chart” shown in each product page. Please allow a +/- 2-3 cm difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

Customers who wish to return a purchased item for another size can do so, subject to availability of the size requested. 

Please follow the following steps before sending a return to us:-

STEP 1

Take a snapshot of the item with the defects shown.

STEP 2

Write to hellothinkbatik@gmail.com with the following details together with snapshots you took earlier of the defects:

  • Invoice number
 

  • Name
 

  • Contact Number
 

  • Address

    STEP 3

    Upon receiving a confirmation email from us regarding the return, arrange for the item(s) to be mailed back to us.

    Please note that in all cases of exchange, customers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the items back. We will only bear postage costs incurred in the event that the wrong item was mailed to you.

    Mailing

    Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We strongly encourage you to use return with registered mail or delivery service with tracking capability. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns.

    THINK BATIK reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all exchanges. Items mailed back to THINK BATIK without prior confirmation from us will not be entertained.

    For items that are deemed with defects, we will exchange for the same item that is still in-stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock.

    Other than the above mentioned, there is strictly no refund for items purchased on www.thinkbatik.com
